MOTIVATE

HYBRID

HYBRID combines strength and conditioning into one class. Half the session takes you to the weight floor to develop strength and power, while the other half focuses on conditioning to build endurance and stamina.

STEADY STATE

STEADY STATE is a lower-impact, lower-intensity conditioning class that focuses on improving your aerobic conditioning and endurance through longer sets at a sustainable pace. Think of it as Zone 2/3 training — steady, manageable, and the best way to build a stronger aerobic base over time.

STRENGTH

STRENGTH is a weights-focused class designed to build muscular strength and endurance through full-body resistance training. Each session targets one upper and one lower major muscle group.

THRESHOLD is a high-intensity cardio class designed to challenge you to improve your anaerobic capacity. With shorter and more challenging sets, you’ll train to increase power, speed, and stamina. Think of it as Zone 4/5 training — fast, focused, and full of energy.

FUNDAMENTALS introduces you to the basics of movement, technique, and strength in a supportive setting.
