ACTIVE Classes at Motive are specially designed for seniors aged 60 and above. These safe, supportive, and energising sessions focus on building strength, balance, and mobility for everyday life. Using low-impact functional movements and resistance training, our ACTIVE classes help you stay vibrant, agile, and ready for life’s adventures.
Beyond fitness and wellness services, our intergenerational community offers seniors the opportunity to stay socially connected with people of all ages.
